Sentiments of companies functioning in the Gig Economy

The ‘gig economy’ has emerged as a key theme in modern employment practices. Although working in a gig economy does seem profitable from a company viewpoint, there have been repeated differences between the employers and employees with an absence of in depth labor laws scrutinizing the rights of workers employed on a freelance basis.
There also seems to be a generational gap of understanding, and perception of working in the gig economy. This project aims at understanding, and weighing the odds, while also taking into consideration the profitable nature of companies operating fully/partially in a gig economy workspace using inferential analytics.
